The Fall 2019 fitness schedule begins September 8th, 2019 and will run until December 21st, 2019.
We offer a wide range of fitness classes, including Zumba, AquaZumba, Aquafit, RIP, Step, Cardio, Kickbox, CORE, Muscle Conditioning, Spin, Yoga, and much more! Work out with our fun instructors and coaches in air-conditioned comfort, or get your fitness on in the pool!
