We offer a wide range of fitness classes, including Zumba, AquaZumba, Aquafit, RIP, Step, Cardio, Kickbox, CORE, Muscle Conditioning, Spin, Yoga, and much more! Work out with our fun instructors and coaches in air-conditioned comfort, or get your fitness on in the pool!
Intro to Fitness Swimming and Stroke Improvement - Are you able to swim, but lacking confidence or looking to enhance or brush up on your swimming technique? Refine your front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke & even butterfly. Increase endurance while sharpening swimming technique. Great for improving skills for fitness swimmers, new triathletes, or becoming a better lap swimmer.
Sundays from 8:00am-9:00am beginning October 22nd - 8 sessions
$80 for Facility Members, $90 for Non-Facility Members
